Weight Limit: The maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs per person.
Secure Your Belongings: Everything taken on the kayak must be securely tied down. Please be aware that any unsecured items may be lost if they fall overboard.
Device Protection: We recommend using a dry bag for all your gear. Cell phones should be waterproof or kept in a floating waterproof case.
Daytime Tours: Wear sun-protective clothing, such as dry-fit shirts, leggings, a hat, and sunglasses.
Be Prepared to Get Wet: Wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
Post-Tour: Don't forget to bring a towel and a change of dry clothes for your return trip.
Sun Protection: Always pack sunscreen or tanning oil.
Night Tours: A portable flashlight or headlamp is mandatory for all night-time experiences.
Hydration: Bring plenty of water and your favorite drinks. We highly recommend bringing a personal small cooler.
Full-Day Tours: If you are joining us for the whole day, remember to bring coffee and breakfast for the road, plus extra cash for lunch.
Certifications: We strongly recommend completing a technical kayaking certification course prior to our tours. Please note that each tour has a specific technical and physical level requirement.
Skill Assessment: You must inform the Tour Leader if you are not certified or if your certification level is lower than the one required for the specific tour. The person in charge will evaluate your skills and explain the technical requirements.
Swimming Ability: If you do not know how to swim, it is mandatory to inform the Tour Leader before the activity begins.
Authority on the Water: All participants must follow the instructions of the Tour Leader at all times without exception.
Safety Decisions: The Tour Leader has the full authority to make any decision regarding the safety of the group, including the right to restrict the participation of any tourist who does not meet the necessary conditions for the tour.
Acknowledgment of Risk: By confirming you have read these guidelines, you agree that Docky Kayak and the Tour Leader are exempt from civil liability for any accidents. Each participant acknowledges they are responsible for their own safety and actions during the event.

Right of Refusal: Docky Kayak reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the participation of any individual who does not send email accepting Docky Kayak terms and conditions.
1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that kayaking involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: changes in water conditions, exposure to sun/weather, physical exertion, and potential capsizing. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity.
2. Physical Health & Weight Limit: I certify that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating. I acknowledge and confirm that I meet the weight requirement (not exceeding 250 lbs).
3. Equipment & Personal Property: I understand that Docky Kayak is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items (phones, cameras, jewelry, etc.) brought on the tour. I am responsible for properly securing my gear in dry bags.
4. Safety Equipment: I agree to wear a Life Jacket (PFD) at all times while on the water. Failure to follow safety instructions from the staff may result in the immediate termination of my tour without a refund.
5. Right of Refusal: Docky Kayak reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the participation of any individual who does not meet the safety requirements, weight limits, or fails to follow the instructor’s safety guidelines. This includes individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or substances that may impair their safety on the water. No refunds will be issued if service is refused for these reasons.
6. Release of Liability: By participating, I hereby release Docky Kayak, its instructors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for any injury or damage arising out of my participation in the experience.

El personal debe contar con la competencias correspondientes segun la naturaleza de la actividad (licencia segun embarcación, primeros auxilios, guardavidas, etc.)
Instrucciones de seguridad para los usuarios (uso obligatorio de chalecos)
Mantener comunicación constante con CP/DN
Supervisión de los equipos de seguridad, identificar acciones para preveer accidentes.
Prohibir las operaciones por personas en condiciones de ebriedad.
Tener establecido un máximo de usuarios por operaciones y no exceder los máximos de las capacidades segun las especificaciones de los artefactos.
Establecer mínimos y máximos de estatura peso y edad.
Suspender operaciones en caso de condiciones meteorológicas de riesgo, como lluvias y tormentas eléctricas.
Cuido del ecosistema de la zona.
Tener a disposición un guardavida en caso de emergencia.
Encargado deberá tener los teléfonos de los cuerpos de socorro (CP/DN, PNC, Cruz Roja, y otros)
Tener a disposición los medios de transporte en caso de emergencia.
De conformidad a los artículos 12 y 13 de la ley de navegación, corresponde al servicio de guardacostas ejercer el control de los deportes náuticos, personal marítimo, velar por la seguridad de la navegación y protección de la vida humana en el mar.
